FAQ
Where do I wake up if a thug knocks me out at Coffey's townhome?
How many thugs are in Coffey's townhome?
What is the townhome?
The townhome is the setting of Chapter 5, and the first place where you can be hurt. Two thugs roam the ground floor, Erick Dennison is holding Dr. Coffey upstairs, and you have a club. You reach the house from the Severn with the route on the district map.
What rooms does it have?
| Room | What matters |
|---|---|
| Townhome Foyer | You enter here through the front door, which has been bashed open. Doorways lead east, south and west. |
| Coffey’s Den | East of the foyer, with a doorway to the south. The letter opener is on the coffee table, and in our run the thugs kept arriving here. |
| Dining Room | A ground-floor room you never need to enter. |
| Coffey’s Kitchen | South of the foyer, the largest room on the floor. Doorways lead north, east and west. |
| Downstairs Library | West of the kitchen. A spiral staircase in the corner leads up. |
| Downstairs Bathroom | Behind a pocket door in the kitchen’s southeast corner. You wake up here if a thug knocks you out, and you must break the door to leave. |
| Upstairs Hall | At the top of the stairs. The bedroom is to the southeast. |
| Upstairs Bedroom | Coffey’s bedroom and study. Dennison waits by the balcony door with a gun in each hand. |
What should I know about the thugs?
There are two, a large one and a lean one, and they walk the house at random. A club hit knocks one out, but the hit chance is random, so it often takes several swings. A thug who has been knocked out does not stay down forever. Pack the satchel before the fight and head upstairs as soon as both are down. See survival tips for more.
The commands for the fight and the climb are on the chapter 5 page.
